Jose Hernandez, Founder & CEO of Sidecar, started Sidecar to help companies fulfill their goals with the operational leadership and execution needed to actually get there.
Over the years, Jose has worked alongside startups, growing companies, and established teams — helping many of them build, scale, and evolve their operations. Along the way, he saw the same challenges come up again and again: young companies struggling to build the right foundation while moving fast, and more established companies finding themselves stuck in old ways of working, constrained by processes, assumptions, or a limited view of what was possible.
Sidecar was built to bridge that gap.
The goal isn't to simply bring in more hands or tell a company what it should do. It's to bring experienced operators into the business, understand what's really happening, identify what is holding the company back, and build the systems, processes, and operating discipline to move it forward.
